Who handles your request

The consultation form
The form sends your name, email, optional telephone number, topic, short message, language and acknowledgement of this notice to the practice by email. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential consultation, not for marketing. Do not send sensitive documents through the form.
Hosting, email and security
The website runs on Heroku. Form messages pass through the server and Resend to the practice’s mailbox. The application does not store requests in browser storage or a local appointment database and does not log their content. Security limits temporarily process IP addresses. Email delivery is not a guarantee of inbox placement or a confirmed appointment.
Optional AI assistant
Lexi only sends a conversation to an external AI provider after you acknowledge its notice and send a question. The submitted messages and conversation context are processed by that external provider under its policies. The consultation form is not sent to the AI provider. Closing the page clears the chat from the application; this does not delete records a provider may retain. Do not disclose confidential information.
Generated examples and roadmaps
This optional tool sends only your selected topic, language and a fictional example to an external AI provider after you acknowledge its notice and request generation. It does not accept personal facts or documents. Results and checklist selections stay in page memory and clear on reload; nothing is added to a practice case file. The provider may retain records under its policies. Printing or saving a PDF creates a copy on your device.
Measurement and external links
Plausible is used on the public domain for aggregate traffic and events such as consultation-link clicks and confirmed email-service submissions. Form content and chat messages are not included in these events. Email, telephone, WhatsApp and official-source links open external services only when you choose them.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries may remain in the practice’s mailbox for the time needed to handle them and fulfil applicable professional or legal obligations. Contact the practice for its applicable retention period or to request access, correction or deletion. The website does not promise deletion from third-party systems.
Your display preference
Your chosen theme is saved only in this browser so it carries across pages and visits. This preference contains no form or conversation data and is not sent to the practice. You can change the theme at any time or remove the preference by clearing this website’s data in your browser.
